Type specimen: N KE-Akt 34, a tooth (M1 sin.). Its type locality is Aktau I, which is in a MN 4 terrestrial horizon in the Chul'adyr Formation of Kazakhstan.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Aktau I
