Sanajeh indicus
Taxonomy
Sanajeh indicus was named by Wilson et al. (2010). Its type specimen is GSI/GC/2901–2906, a partial skeleton (nearly complete skull and jaws associated with 72 precloacal vertebrae and ribs), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Dholi Dungri, which is in a Maastrichtian floodplain sandstone in the Lameta Formation of India. It is the type species of Sanajeh.
