Prorastomus sirenoides
Taxonomy
Prorastomus sirenoides was named by Owen (1855). Its type specimen is BMNH 44897, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Freemans Hall, which is in a Lutetian carbonate limestone in the Chapelton Formation of Jamaica.
