Discussion
Linnaeus' now obsolete Bellua (order VII) included only Hippopotamus and Equus. He placed most other artiodactyls in Pecora (order IV) and did not recognize the order Perissodactyla (Rhinoceros fell in Glires and tapirs were omitted completely).
