Captorhinikos valensis

Taxonomy
Captorhinikos valensis was named by Olson (1954). Its type specimen is FMNH UR 101, a mandible (Partial left dentary), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Locality KA Quarry site, which is in a Kungurian coarse channel fill conglomerate in the Vale Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Captorhinikos.
