J. A. Boy and T. Martens 1991Postorbitales Schädeldach abgeflacht. Schädeldach-Hinterrand deutlich bikonvex; Postparietale und Tabulare vorhanden. Quadratojugale sehr niedrig. Praefrontale möglicherweise weit nach vorne ausgedehnt. Lacrimale verhältnismäßig hoch; äußere Naris ungewöhnlich groß. Praemaxillare nicht abgeknickt. Mediale Praemaxillar-Zähne nicht vergrößert. Maxillar-Caninen größenmäßig nicht deutlich abgesetzt. - Ectopterygoid groß; Palatinum vergleichsweise kurz. Dentikelfeld auf dem Transversalflansch des Pterygoid. Parasphenoid glatt und hinten sehr kurz. Basioccipitale ungewöhnlich lang. Opisthoticum wahrscheinlich nicht komplett verknöchert. Stapes mit kurzem Schaft, relativ kleinem Stapedialforamen, kurzem dorsalem Kopf und ventral deutlich verbreitertem Ventralkopf (Fußplatte). Retroarticular-Fortsatz des Unterkiefers fehlt. - Pleurozentren gekielt. Distales Tarsale 4
stark vergrößert.
[Postorbital skull roof flattened. Posterior margin of skull roof clearly biconvex; postparietal and tabular present. Quadratojugal very low. Prefrontal possibly extended far anteriorly. Lacrimal relatively high; external naris unusually large. Premaxilla not hooked. Medial premaxillary teeth not enlarged. Maxillary canines not clearly differentiated. – Ectopterygoid large, palatine comparatively short. Denticle field on transverse flange of pterygoid. Parasphenoid smooth and posteriorly very short. Basioccipital unusually long. Opisthotic probably not entirely ossified. Stapes with short shaft, relatively small stapedial foramen, short dorsal head and ventrally clearly expanded ventral head (footplate). Retroarticular process of lower jaw missing. – Pleurocentra keeled. Anterior neural arches slightly swollen. Clavicle without thumb-like process. Humerus and femur as well as hand and foot relatively stout. Supinator process of humerus clearly reduced in size.
