Lysorocephalus gwyneddensis
Taxonomy
Lysorocephalus gwyneddensis was named by Huene and Bock (1954). Its type specimen is Am 1033/1, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Gwynedd Tunnel (thin shales), which is in a Norian pond shale in the Lockatong Formation of Pennsylvania. It is the type species of Lysorocephalus.
