Pachygenys adachii
Taxonomy
Pachygenys adachii was named by Ikeda et al. (2015). Its type specimen is MNHAH D1-032063, a mandible (an incomplete right mandible with nine tooth positions, including five complete and four incomplete teeth), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Miyada microvertebrate site (Sasayama), which is in an Albian terrestrial siltstone in the Ohyamashimo Formation of Japan.
