Siphonophycus inornatum
Taxonomy
Siphonophycus inornatum was named by Zhang (1981). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is BGP 7802, point mark 2 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Pangjapu Iron Mine, 110-130 m from base, which is in a Calymmian peritidal dolomite in the Gaoyuzhuang Formation of China.
