Taxonomy
Eucalyptocrinites was named by Goldfuss (1831) [Sepkoski's age data: S Ldov D Eife]. It is not extant. Its type is Eucalyptocrinites rosaceus. It is the type genus of Eucalyptocrinitidae.

It was assigned to Monobathrida by Sepkoski (2002); and to Eucalyptocrinitidae by Philip (1961), Ausich and Copper (2010) and Ausich and Cournoyer (2019).
