Procerophis sahnii
Taxonomy
Procerophis sahnii was named by Rage et al. (2008). Its type specimen is VAS 1014, a set of vertebrae, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Vastan Lignite Mine, which is in a Ypresian lagoonal siltstone/claystone in the Cambay Shale Formation of India. It is the type species of Procerophis.
