Palaeopsychops douglasae
Taxonomy
Palaeopsychops douglasae was named by Archibald and Makarkin (2006). Its type specimen is UAFIC 7794, a hindwing (Hindwing with crack in middle), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Quilchena (SFU collection), which is in a Ypresian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Coldwater Beds Formation of Canada.
