Murchisonia fusiformis

Taxonomy
Pleurotomaria fusiformis was named by Phillips (1836). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bolland, Yorkshire (= Queensbury, Bradford), which is in a Brigantian carbonate limestone in the Danny Bridge Formation of the United Kingdom.

It was recombined as Murchisonia fusiformis by Donald (1895).
