| T. Shikama 1947 | Related to Zalambdalestes Gregory and Simpson, 1926. Lower jaw not stout in proportion to cheek teeth. Molars becoming smaller posteriorly. M3 not so much reduced as in Zalambdalestes. Trigonid and talonid broader than long ; the former with 3 distinct cusps; pr'd slightly higher than pa'd which is about equal to me'd in height. Talonid basined with 3 well defined cusps ; hy'd larger than hl's and en'd. Trigonid not sharply cut off from talonid ; pa'd and me'd much bent to alveolar border. Parastyle developed. |
