Cretaproscolia josai
Taxonomy
Cretaproscolia josai was named by Rasnitsyn and Martínez-Delclòs (1999). Its type specimen is IS-028-JJ, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Crato (Josa collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large limestone in the Crato Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Cretaproscolia.
