Leehermania prorova
Taxonomy
Leehermania prorova was named by Chatzimanolis et al. (2012). Its type specimen is VMNH 734, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Solite Quarries (VMNH collection), which is in a Norian lacustrine - small shale in the Cow Branch Formation of North Carolina. It is the type species of Leehermania.
