Dahalokely tokana

Taxonomy
Dahalokely tokana was named by Farke and Sertich (2013) [urn:lsid:zoobank.org:act:AFAE32BB-123A-45D4-B931-4FF2A ABAF41C]. Its type specimen is UA 9855, a set of vertebrae (a partial axial column including cervical vertebra C?5, dorsal vertebrae D?1, D?2, and D?6–D?9, as well as a complete left dorsal rib (DR?2), capitula of two ri), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is near Ampandriambengy, which is in a Turonian terrestrial claystone/sandstone in the Ambolafotsy Formation of Madagascar.
