Argyromys aralensis
Taxonomy
Argyromys aralensis was named by Argyropulo (1939). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Akespe, which is in an Oligocene terrestrial shale/claystone in the Aral Formation of Kazakhstan. It is the type species of Argyromys.
