Taxonomy
Blattula discors was named by Barna (2014). Its type specimen is PIN 4626/149, a tegmen, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Chernovskie Kopi (PIN collection 4626), which is in a Barremian terrestrial horizon in the Doronino Formation of the Russian Federation.
