Bishanopliosaurus zigongensis
Taxonomy
Bishanopliosaurus zigongensis was named by Gao et al. (2004). Its type specimen is ZDM 0185, a set of postcrania, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Zigong, villager Wang Xinmin's garden, which is in a Bajocian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Shaximiao Formation of China.
