Juraphis karataviensis
Taxonomy
Juraphis karataviensis was named by Żyła et al. (2014). Its type specimen is PIN 2239/56, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Karatau-Mikhailovka (PIN collection 2239), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Karabastau Formation of Kazakhstan.
