Morganucodon tardus

Taxonomy
Morganucodon tardus was named by Butler and Sigogneau-Russel (2016). Its type specimen is NHM M34984, a tooth (right upper molar), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Watton Cliff (West Cliff), Dorset, which is in a Bathonian crevasse splay mixed carbonate-siliciclastic in the Forest Marble Formation of the United Kingdom.
