Theridomys helmeri

Taxonomy
Theridomys helmeri was named by Vianey-Liaud (1972). Its type specimen is CHA-2, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Les Chapelins, which is in a Rupelian terrestrial horizon in France.

It was recombined as Blainvillimys helmeri by Vianey-Liaud and Schmid (2009).
