Barbatia pseudoillota

Taxonomy
Barbatia (Fugleria) pseudoillota was named by Reinhart (1937). Its type specimen is CIT 1383, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS loc. 4475, Fugler Point, which is in a Pliocene marine horizon in California.

It was recombined as Barbatia pseudoillota by Woodring and Bramlette (1950), Kern (1973) and Hendy (2020).
