Honeymys mariae
Taxonomy
Copemys mariae was named by Baskin and Korth (1996) [replacement for "C. lindsayi" ofDalquest et al. 1996]. Its type locality is Whisenhunt Quarry, which is in a Clarendonian terrestrial horizon in the Laverne Formation of Oklahoma. It is the type species of Honeymys.
It was recombined as Honeymys mariae by Martin et al. (2020).
