Lauranthus futabensis
Taxonomy
Lauranthus futabensis was named by Takahashi et al. (2001). Its type locality is Kamikitaba Assemblage, which is in a Coniacian alluvial fan lignite in the Ashizawa Formation of Japan. It is the type species of Lauranthus.
