Brachychirotherium eyermani

Taxonomy
Chirotherium eyermani was named by Baird (1957). Its type specimen is MCZ 134. Its type locality is Smith Clark's quarry, Milford (level B), which is in a Norian terrestrial shale/sandstone in the Passaic Formation of New Jersey.

It was recombined as Brachychirotherium eyermani by Haubold (1971) and Olsen and Baird (1986); it was synonymized subjectively with Brachychirotherium parvum by Hunt and Lucas (2007).
