• Stevens et al., 2012: "The limestone at this locality was indicated to be Late Mississippian in age by Watkins (1973, p. 1751) but the presence of Millerella marblensis Thompson, 1944 (Fig. 1.5) in our sample shows that it is Pennsylvanian (Late Carboniferous). Another sample contains Pseudostaffella suggesting an early Atokan (Bashkirian) age."
