When: Arikaree Group, early Early Arikareean to early Early Arikareean (29.5 - 18.5 Ma)

• Faunal correlation places the Wa.gner Quarry in the early early Arikareean NALMA, slightly older than the radioisotopicaJlly calibrated Gering Formation faunas and slightly younger than the "Brown Siltstone" lf's. This constrains the magnetostratigraphy to Chron 10n (28.25-28.87 Ma, Berggren et al. 1995). The section records the short reversal of C10n.1r.
