• 15.5-16.5 ft thick siltstone, 26-27.5 ft above the base of the section; assigned to the Aucella mosquensis biozone; classified as "Lower Mbr" of the "lower shale-siltstone division" in Jeletzky (1958); Jeletzky (1958) assigns this unit an upper Tithonian age.
