Environment/lithology: basinal (); lithified, concretionary, shelly/skeletal, sandy, carbonaceous mudstone

• ENVIRONMENT: Accumulated by deep-water turbidity currents, hence basinal marine siliciclastic paleoenvironment.
• SPECIFIC LITHOLOGY: Concretionary shelly carbonaceous very fine sandy mudstone. LITHIFICATION: Lithified, based on facies description.
