• 158 foot interval beginning at 913 feet above base of formation

Environment/lithology: shallow subtidal; lithified, massive, cherty/siliceous limestone and lithified, yellow, muddy limestone

• "Resistant, thinly laminated, aphanitic limestone, containing scattered chert nodules, in beds 2-4 feet thick, interlayered with thin, 6-inch to 1-foot beds of buff-weathered, shaly limestone and occasional 1- to 2-foot layers of intraformational conglomerate." Fossils in lowest beds.
