Where: Queensland, Australia (20.9° S, 148.1° E: paleocoordinates 56.2° S, 140.5° E)
• coordinate based on nearby landmark
• outcrop-level geographic resolution
When: Pseudostrophalosia blakei brachiopod zone, Moonlight Sandstone Member (Blenheim Formation), Wuchiapingian (259.9 - 254.2 Ma)
• UQ L4645 is shown twice in Section A of Waterhouse & Jell (1983, fig. 4), the erroneous second position being 168 m above the top of the Moonlight Sandstone. Presence of Pseudostrophalosia blakei suggests an age within the P. blakei zone, correlated with the lower part of APP4.3 palynomorph zone (Briggs, 1998). The APP4.3 zone was constrained as mid-Wuchiapingian age by U-Pb dating in Laurie et al. (2016).
• bed-level stratigraphic resolution

Preservation: mold/impression
Reposited in the UQ
