• 1200-1800 m depth, uppermost Permian. Contains remains of conchostracans, indicating the Lower Triassic according to M.E. Lyutkevich and the Upper Permian according to N.I. Novozhilov, the remains of Permian flora (according to E.N. Kara-Murza), insects from the Lower Triassic (EE Bekker-Mirdisova), indefinable bivalves, no spores and no pollen. Birshtein previously assigned this stratum to the Permo-Triassic, but now is more inclined to consider it Upper Permian.
