Where: Wyoming (42.7° N, 108.7° W: paleocoordinates 12.1° N, 32.6° W)

When: Hindeodus parvus conodont zone, Dinwoody Formation, Griesbachian (251.9 - 250.5 Ma)

• 8 cm-thick bed limestone, 4 m above the top of the Permian Ervay Member. Assigned to isarcica zone, but using broad conception of isarcica that encompassed H. parvus. H. parvus zone according to Paull & Paull (1994).

• bed-level stratigraphic resolution

Environment/lithology: shallow subtidal; lithified, dolomitic, shelly/skeletal, gray, yellow packstone

Size class: macrofossils

Preservation: mold/impression
