• Mexican Hat’s position within the Lebo Member is uncertain (Diemer and Belt, 1991), but Belt et al. (2004) published two radiometric ages for the member from nearby outcrops, which were used to estimate the age of Mexican Hat (see supplement of Wilf et al. 2006)
