•Nevada, and Death Valley, California. This thick package
•consists of carbonates and clastics that were deposited in outershelf
•to slope settings and include megabreccia-carbonadtee bris
•flows and pelagic and hemipelagic sediments. The formation
•has been subdivided into a 150 m lower limestone and
•siltstone member, 250 m (probably faulted and repeated) middle
•shale member, and 300 m upper limestone and chert member
•composed of ribbon limestones, interbeddeds hales, and megabreccia. the locality probably
•is in the "middle shale member"
