Environment/lithology: terrestrial; sandstone

• Specimen located at the base of a prominent 2-m-thick medium sandstone unit with distinct cross-bedding. This sandstone unit is likely part of the base of the Comrey Sandstone. This sand unit overlays a thick mudstone layer and is, in turn, overlain by another mudstone.
