Where: Colombia (3.3° N, 75.1° W: paleocoordinates 2.7° N, 72.6° W)

When: La Victoria Formation (Honda Group), Laventan (13.8 - 11.0 Ma)

• in the stratigraphic interval between the Cerro Gordo Sandstone Beds and the Chunchullo Sandstone beds, La Victoria Formation. Approximately 560 m below the Monkey Beds, from which Neosaimiri fieldsi is recovered, and further 720 m below the stratigraphic level of Neosaimiri annectens in the El Cardon Red Beds.
