• The lateral accretion deposits are mainly represented at the
•middle sector of the cliff, and include the St, Sr, Fsc and Fcf facies.
•These levels are equivalent to the “Piso Chapadmalense” of Vignati
•(1948), the “Miembro de Limolitas Estratificadas” and “Miembro de
•Limolitas Claras” of Bonaparte (1960), the “Unidad B” of Fidalgo
•et al. (1975), and the “Unidad Litoestratigráfica II” of Fidalgo and
•Tonni (1982)

Environment/lithology: fluvial; brown, green breccia
•breccias, composed of silty and sandy intraclasts over
•15 cm in diameter, some of them rounded, and a silt-sand matrix. In
•some sections, this facies is massive; while a planar cross-bedding
•is observed in others
