• "Ploužnice Lake Deposits [...] are distinguished by varicoloured laminated mudstones with layers of limestones and tuffaceous intercalations(Prouza & Tásler 2001). Actinopterygian remains are restricted to the varicoloured mudstones and a thin layer of bone bed" (Štamberg 2016)
