Also known as Location 2, near Humboldt (DMNH loc. 2075, UNSM loc. Rh 104)

Where: Richardson County, Nebraska (40.1° N, 95.9° W: paleocoordinates 0.5° N, 26.3° W)

• coordinate stated in text

When: Eskridge Formation (Council Grove Group), Asselian (298.9 - 295.5 Ma)

• Within the lower P2 paleosol. This unit lies well above the first occurrence of the Permian index fossil Streptognathodus isolatus in the Bennet Shale Member of the Red Eagle Limestone but is below the first occurrence of the Sakmarian indicator species Sweetognathus merrilli in the Eiss Limestone member of the Bader Limestone, constraining the age to the Asselian (298.9–295.0 Ma).
