When: Nerpalakh Formation, Early/Lower Frasnian (383.7 - 382.4 Ma)

• Basal layers of bed 2. Mass accumulations of well-preserved shells are found in the upper part of the massive black limestone and in the lower part of the zone of the lens-shaped alternation of the black carbonaceous limestone and carbonaceous shale. The thickness of the ammonoid-bearing layer is less than 0.5 m.
