Where: Germany (47.8° N, 12.6° E: paleocoordinates 33.0° N, 18.3° E)

When: Hettangian to Hettangian (201.3 - 190.8 Ma)

• Specimen was found loose, although Pompeckj argued that it came from the Koessen Formation. The species has never again been reported from Rhaetian deposits and is widely considered to be an Early Jurassic schlotheimiid.
