When: Meledis Formation, Kasimovian (307.0 - 303.7 Ma)

• Based on lithological features, and according to the geological setting of the area, it is most likely that the specimen comes from the upper part of the Meledis Formation. The basal part of the Meledis Formation is early Kasimovian, on the basis of fusulinids (Davydov & Krainer, 1999).
