• The layers studied in the present work are interpreted as the transition between the Aberdouz and Ouchbis formations.

Environment/lithology: shallow subtidal; lithified limestone and lithified marl

• An uneven stack of layers ranging from 20 cm to 5 m in thickness, and composed of marls, limestones and calcareous gravity deposits with grains of quartz.
