• "Holotype, AM F136465 and F136466, from the late Ludlow Rainbow Hill Marl Member at the base of the Rosebank Shale, approximately 1 km north-northwest of Hatton’s Corner, about 500 m west southwest of the track from the Black Range Road to Hatton’s Corner and 3 km west of the town of Yass (locality A, Fig. 1). Paratype, AM F28030, the fragment described by Mitchell (1897), from the top of the ‘Middle Trilobite Bed’ (=Rainbow Hill Marl Member) in Bowning township."
