• "The lower and upper members represent a supratidal-intertidal mudflat..on the other hand the middle member was mainly subtidal...Tonoloway grades westward into Salina evaporites..." From Boucot (1999, PBDB ref. 6948): "Relations with Leperditiid community (seaward) and nature of fauna and rocks sound like a BA 2, normally oxygenated, normal turbulence environment. They described it as subtidal, occurring seaward of both the Leperditiid and Welleria-Dizygopleura Communities."
