• The Azollopsis intermedia specimen was named specimen number S401 in the slide information area, but S201 in the locality description area. Since the locality is lower in the section then others, a higher number would fit this pattern, so I have named the collection S401. The specimens figured in the paper have slide and collection number information. They also have more detailed locality information. Azollopsis intermedia: AS-S401-C-3-1, GSC 30855.
