Aszofo II-19 (Triassic of Hungary)

Where: Hungary (46.9° N, 17.8° E: paleocoordinates 1.4° N, 29.2° E)

• coordinate based on nearby landmark

• small collection-level geographic resolution

When: Horoghegy Member (Felsõörs Formation), Pelsonian (247.2 - 242.0 Ma)

• upper "Recoaro"-type beds of the Horoghegy Member

• bed-level stratigraphic resolution

Environment/lithology: slope; lithified limestone

• bioclasts transported along slope from platform margin; the upper Recoaro Beds form a small-scale recumbent fold which is interpreted as a slump-fold
• biodetrital limestone with a very diverse brachiopod assemblage (taphocoenosis from different habitats)

Size class: macrofossils

Preservation: original calcite

Collection methods: mechanical,
